Rajama Masala
  1. 1½ cup Kidney Beans soaked overnight and boiled. Drain and preserve the cooking stock.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add ajwain, black cardamom, bay leaf and onions. Sauté till light brown. Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add 1 tsp each coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, Masala Tokri Shahi Garam Masala and mix well.
  4. Add tomato puree and mix again. Sauté for 3-4 mins. Add kidney beans and mix well. Add 1 cup cooking stock and salt. Stir well.
  5. Mash the beans, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
