
- Add 500 grams chicken pieces in a large bowl. Then add 1 tsp garlic paste, 7-8 curry leaves, 1 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp green chili paste, 1 tsp Masala Tokri Meat Curry powder, 2 tsp hung yoghurt, 1 tsp Masala Tokri Garam Masala, Lemon juice, salt to taste.
- Mix everything nicely. Cover and allow it to marinate for at least 2 hours under refrigeration. Add cornflour and mix well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or Kadhai (wok). Once it heats up well, carefully slide-in the marinated chicken pieces and fry them on medium high flame until done. Take them out and use an absorbent towel to soak excess oil.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala on the fried chicken. Serve with onions and lemon wedges on the side.
