Chicken Fry
  1. Add 500 grams chicken pieces in a large bowl. Then add 1 tsp garlic paste, 7-8 curry leaves, 1 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp green chili paste, 1 tsp Masala Tokri Meat Curry powder, 2 tsp hung yoghurt, 1 tsp Masala Tokri Garam Masala, Lemon juice, salt to taste.
  2. Mix everything nicely. Cover and allow it to marinate for at least 2 hours under refrigeration. Add cornflour and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan or Kadhai (wok). Once it heats up well, carefully slide-in the marinated chicken pieces and fry them on medium high flame until done. Take them out and use an absorbent towel to soak excess oil.
  4. Sprinkle some chaat masala on the fried chicken. Serve with onions and lemon wedges on the side.
